There�s no excuse for spelling problems when spell check is an option on every word processing program out there. � Structured, flowing, easy style: A good writer will know how and when to use white space to their advantage. When writing for the web, short paragraphs, brief articles, and bulleted lists such as this one are easier on the eyes. Structure is important, and paragraphs should be complete but not jam-packed. � Engaging, entertaining, easy-to-read: The style of the writing should reflect the overall tone of your company. Do not try to sound stuffy or pretentious if you are selling to the average consumer. You want to sound down-to-earth, like the voice of a friend, rather than a parent.
